Safa tied with Al-Ahed [2-2] in a friendly match October 10, 2001

Safa tied with Al-Ahed [2-2], the first half [0-0], in the friendly match taking place on Wednesday at Safa stadium, within both teams preparations for the the 2001/2002  season.

Both teams made impressive performance filled with energy and excitement of official matches. Safa missed a penalty kick by Hisham Shleikh in the first half. The goals were scored by Didier Tambourah ['52], & Wissam Al-Hakim ['85] for Al-Ahed, and Ahmad Al-Naamani [59], & Mohammad Hammoud ['70 own goal] for Safa.
