Solage has
criticized the performance of the national team and praises the
Olympic one.
We didn’t see any evidence that its on the right track.
The president
of the committee of national football teams Mr. Georges Solage
has criticized the performance of the national team while
praising at the same time the performance of the National
Olympic team, saying that he is not sure that coach Richard
tardy is able to put the national team on the right track
despite all the chances that given to him, and he didn’t
succeeded in shaping the national football league with the
French style whether with the fighting spirit or the techniques
one. In addition, Solage said that the officials are betting on
the National Olympic team for its new matches, which starts with
a match with the Jordanian team in Beirut and Oman on the 5th
and the 9th of April in the qualifying round of Asia
that will lead it to the finals of the Olympic game in Athens
2004.
He added also that the hope lies with the
refined performance of the National Olympic team in its matches
against Qatar team in Doha leading for a (2-0) and (1-0) victory
for the Lebanese team.
