LFA Decisions - Season 2002-2003
 
Lebanese Football Federation announces the program of the “Second leg.”  of the 1st  division immobilize the decision of the sentence of Emil Rustom General pardon for the officials and the players Suspension of the 2 referees Taleb Ramadan and Mustafa Taleb for 2 months.

The executive committee of the Lebanese Football Federation has suspended the decision taken against the official in Sagesse club Emil Rustom after reading the letter of the club. The LFA will wait until the final decision of the court has been taken in this case.
It has also decided to give a general pardon for all the suspended officials and players before 22 September 2002.
The executive committee held its weekly session, presided by Mr. Hashem Haydar , LFA president and taken several disciplinary measures against some referees for their misjudgments during their matches. They announced that they will suspend the referee Taleb Ramadan and Mustafa Taleb for 2 months starting the 25th of February.

The Committee also decided to continue the matches of the Second leg from the Lebanon’s championship stating the 8th of February according to schedule. (Check the table)

They also suspended the player Jad Mouad from Salam Zfgarta till the 31st of March for misbehavior in front of the public and the player Abbas Younes from Mahaba Tripoli who got a red card for one match.
The committee also decided to continue the matches of the 14th week for the second division.

LFA committee decided to participate in the 5th. Asian Indoor Football Championship taking place in Tokyo - Japan between (July 28 - August 4, 2003)

LFA committee held its weekly meeting headed by President Hashem Haidar and made many decision among which:
1-participate in the 5th. Asian Indoor Football Championship taking place in Tokyo - Japan between (July 28 - August 4, 2003)
2-Confirmed the results of stage 11
3-suspension of the following players: Pierre Issa (Olympic Beirut), Izzat Khalil (Mabarrah), Mostafa Zaaiter (Safa), Andre Silva (Ikhaa Ahley Aley), Mahmoud Majeed (Nejmeh), & Hussein Ballout (Shabab Sahel) for one match in the championship  receiving their 3rd yellow card
4-confirmed the dates of the preliminary round and the round 32 of lebanon cup 2002/2003(check the table)

February 1, 2003
 
Master Championship 2nd leg. will be on 8th of February, LFA fined Sagesse and Suspend Paul Restom for one Month

LFA committee held its weekly meeting and made many decision among which:
1- Fined Sagesse Club 1.500.000 L.L for the bad behavior of its fans during the last match against Salam Zgharta.
2- Suspending Paul Restom from Sagesse for one Month
3-Modifying round 11 of the Master Championship (
check the fixtures table)

LFA Suspends Mansour, fined Sagesse Teams:
LFA committee held its weekly meeting and made many decisions among which:
1- Suspending the referee Mouhamad Mansour for a 3 month period starting from 08-January-2003 till 07-January-2003 due for his last mistakes against Olympic Beirut - Ikhaa Ahley Aley match
2- Fined Sagesse team 1,000,000 L.L for the bad behavior of its fans during the last match against Tadamoun Sour
3- Transfer the location of the match between Olympic Beirut x Ahed from Ahed Stadium to Beirut Municipality Stadium
